Superior Pipeline Company—is a midstream company engaged in the gathering, processing and treating of natural gas and currently has operations throughout Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas and Louisiana.

 

Clear Creek Energy Services, LLCis a privately-owned full service energy company engaged in the gathering and treating of natural gas and currently operates from Gillette, Wyoming with support staff located in Tulsa, OK and Houston, TX.

 

Atlas Pipeline Partners—in the Mid-Continent regions, APL owns and operates 565-mile FERC regulated interstate pipeline and 2,600-miles un-regulated gathering pipeline located in Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas.  With processing capacity of 510 MMCFD.  In the Appalachia regions, APL owns and operates 1500-mile gas gathering pipeline located in Pennsylvania, New York and Eastern Ohio with capacity of 58 MMCFD.
