AKA ENERGY GROUP— is an enterprise of the Southern Ute Indian Tribe (SUIT) and operates 11 natural gas gathering systems and 7 processing plants located in Oklahoma, Kansas, Wyoming and Colorado and consist of approx. 1700-miles of pipeline, 61800 H.P. of compression, 39MMCFD of treating and 9000 barrels per day of fractionation capacity.

Copano Energy— owns and operates natural gas gathering and gas processing facilities located in the Texas Gulf Coast and in central and eastern Oklahoma with capacities of approximately 800 MMCFD.

Atlas Pipeline Partners—in the Mid-Continent regions, APL owns and operates 565-mile FERC regulated interstate pipeline and 2,600-miles un-regulated gathering pipeline located in Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas.  With processing capacity of 510 MMCFD.  In the Appalachia regions, APL owns and operates 1500-mile gas gathering pipeline located in Pennsylvania, New York and Eastern Ohio with capacity of 58 MMCFD.
